Abstain
Lets face it, you cant get pregnant if you arent having sex. Enough
said. All other birth control methods are less than 100% effective. In
addition, sexually transmitted
diseases (STD's) now effect more than 50 million people in
the U.S. They include herpes, human papillomavirus (HPV), HIV, and AID's -related
diseases. Condoms do not protect against the
HPV virus (transmitted in genital area). A year-long study of female students visiting
the University of California/Berkeley showed that 47% of them were infected.
